Blue Ridge Blue Sky is from a moment in time during a trip to the Blue Ridge mountains on a bright October day. I remember looking up at this special oak tree with its enormous leaves and the sun lighting them up from behind. This moment has been rendered in smalti glass, capturing the brilliant oranges and reds of the leaves contrasted with the cerulean sky behind them.
