This work emerged from my engagement with QiGong—a discipline where breath, movement, and mindful intent blend into a practice of restoring balance across mind and body. At its core lies the Yin-Yang—an ancient symbol of duality and unity. Opposing energies that are not adversaries but partners, together weaving the fabric of equilibrium. Gold, too, plays a vital role here, not as mere decoration but as a symbol of abundance beyond material wealth—the richness of wisdom and spiritual insight.
