I’ve always felt that a peacock provides breathtaking displays of vibrant colors with its ornate feathers, and I consider it a symbol of grace and elegance. I tried to capture that gradeur in that feeling in this piece, and hope you enjoy it as much as I. I’ve been creating mosaic pieces for almost 20 years, specializing in mixed media and sculptural mosaic pieces. Along with my individual work, I am also an instructor at the Art Academy of San Diego, teaching students of all different levels of mosaics.
