I find mosaic to be a permissive expression of art. When taught mosaic I was told there are no mistakes only opportunities for the unexpected. How freeing. Many mosaics later I have created this ethereal image which embodies mystery, wonder, and sparkle. This piece like others informed me of itās meaning after completion. She represents coming through hardship to a place of freedom. Knowing that hardship is a common experience among us, may you āFind Your Wingsā to freedom.
